If you are working as a therapist in any capacity, or as someone who professionally supports others- a care worker, teacher, nurse…..supervision is the process which supports you. Through regular sessions, we take the time to reflect on your working practice and refresh those parts of you which can become tired or strained.
I offer supervision which is relational and embodied at its core; using our whole selves, inclusive of our body and our senses and our intuition. The process through which our client work transmits- through the telling of our relationships in the supervision space- can be very powerful and at best, transformative to the work.
I hold an Advanced Diploma in Counselling Supervision (NCIP Accredited, Level 7) Supervision sessions cost £50.00.
I want to promote the principle of affordable and plentiful supervision, which is why I keep my fees lower than many. Supervision shouldn’t feel like a luxury, but more of a staple part of a healthy working diet.
